Certain products may be available exclusively online. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Refund Policy.

  • Visual Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our furniture accurately. However, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be exact.
  • Natural Materials: You acknowledge that products utilizing natural materials (marble, solid wood, leather) will have unique grains and variations. These are not considered defects.
  • Delivery: For large-ticket items, delivery is fulfilled via specialized furniture couriers. You are responsible for ensuring the item fits through doorways and into the intended space. If a delivery fails due to access issues, a redelivery or return fee will apply.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per household. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email provided.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

Third-Party Installation Services Our White Glove Delivery and assembly services are facilitated through carefully selected, independent professional assembly networks.

  • Coordination: While we arrange this service on your behalf to ensure a premium experience, the physical handling and assembly within your home are executed by these independent contractors.
  • Liability: Nestwares by Chakraborty ensures that our partners are professional and vetted; however, we cannot be held directly liable for accidental property damage that occurs during the internal transit or assembly process within your home. We strongly advise clearing pathways and protecting delicate flooring prior to the team's arrival, as outlined in our White Glove preparation guide.
  • Data Sharing: By utilizing this service, you acknowledge that your contact and address details will be shared with the designated installation professional solely for the purpose of completing your order.

SECTION 8 – USER COMMENTS

If you send us creative ideas or testimonials, you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, and distribute them in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for them.

SECTION 9 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct these and cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
