Returns & Refunds Policy
Change of Mind Returns - We want you to love your Nestwares selection. If you change your mind, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery.
- Original Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Restocking Fees: Due to the specialized nature of our furniture collections, returns for change of mind are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover logistics and supplier handling.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for tracked, insured return shipping to our designated warehouse.
Damaged or Faulty Items (The 24-Hour Rule) - We take immense pride in our quality. To protect your purchase:
- Inspection: You must inspect your item immediately upon arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you must sign the delivery note as 'DAMAGED'.
- Reporting: Any internal damage or faults must be reported to returns@nestwares.com or by filling the Returns and Refunds Request form within 24 hours of delivery. (We have shortened this from 48 hours to align with our supplier transit insurance).
- Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the item, the internal packaging, and the external box.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made, bespoke, or "Made to Order" pieces (including specific Tommy Franks upholstered items).
- Items that have been partially or fully assembled.
- Clearance or "Ex-Display" items.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (Mattresses/Bedding) once unsealed.
Natural Variations - Nestwares celebrates the "Handmade Soul." Please note that items utilizing natural timber, marble, or hand-applied finishes will have unique variations in grain, color, and texture. These are not deemed faults and do not qualify for free returns.
Refund Process - Once our technicians inspect the return and confirm "Original Condition," your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
