The Process: Step 1

The Vision & Quotation

The journey begins with a collaboration to define your vision, dimensions, and chosen timber finish. Once the design parameters are finalized, we provide a tailored quotation for your commission. To secure master-grade materials and initiate the artisan schedule, full payment is required upfront for all bespoke orders.

The Process: Step 2

Technical Approval

Following payment, we provide a final specification summary for your review and approval. Because each piece is uniquely authored for your specific space, this stage represents a firm commitment; once the design is sent to the workshop, the order is locked and can no longer be canceled.

The Process: Step 3

The Handcrafting Phase

Your piece is hand-built from 100% sustainable solid wood by master artisans over a period of 12 to 16 weeks. This lead time ensures that the structural integrity, rhythmic hand-carving, and signature hand-applied finishes meet the standard of our "Architectural Soul" without compromise.

The Process: Step 4

Inspection & Final Delivery

Every commission undergoes a rigorous quality inspection at our facility before being cleared for shipment. As these items are custom-made to your exact requirements, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Your piece arrives as a permanent, one-of-a-kind anchor for your home sanctuary.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery timeline is 8-16 weeks onwards and entirely depends on the complexity of the order.

Price On Request

Price is on Request and this might marginally vary once the final product is ready (+/- 5%).

Sketch On Request

Upon request, we are happy to provide with a sketch. However, please note that the sketch dimensions are approximate in nature and the actual product dimensions may vary at the time of actual making of the product by the artisans.

The dimensions mentioned on the sketch are for guidance purpose only.

Product Specifications

All product specifications must be clearly shared with our design team at the time of filling the Bespoke Order Form and Technical Approval.

Cancellation

We do not accept cancellation, refund, amendments or replacement of bespoke products at any cost after the commission of the product has been approved.

Non-Refundable Deposit

All bespoke orders must be secured by a non-refundable deposit, usually 50% of the approved product cost.

Full Payment Before Delivery

The remaining balance needs to be paid in full before delivery is executed. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting of the deposit.

Pricing Adjustment Guidelines

If you choose to modify the finish or upholstery fabric of your item, the pricing will be adjusted as follows, provided the design, size, accessories, configuration, and packaging remain unchanged:

• Finish Change: +8% price increase due to additional processing and production modifications.

• Fabric Change (excluding leather): +8% price increase for switching between fabric types (e.g., from velvet to tweed).

• Fabric to Leather: Case to case basis with no fixed guidelines.

• Leather to Fabric: Case to case basis with no fixed guidances.

Note: These bespoke pricing adjustments ensure that your customized piece meets our highest quality standards while accommodating the necessary modifications. Since each request requires additional resources and adjustments to our production process, these price changes reflect the complexity of customization while maintaining efficiency.
