Where do you ship to?

We currently offer free shipping across the UK. We are expanding our reach everyday. Most of our Heritage collection pieces can be shipped globally, thanks to the our global distribution centres. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, get in touch with us before placing an order.

What are your shipping lead times?

As an artisanal brand, we prioritize quality over speed. Standard delivery usually takes 7-10 days, while made-to-order pieces may longer lead times to ensure they meet our master-grade standards. Get in touch with us for our bespoke orders and we can provide a more accurate lead time.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your piece leaves our artisan facility, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to your home.

Do you offer White Glove delivery?

Yes. For order values over £1000, we offer complimentary white-glove delivery. However, for any of our larger statement pieces, we offer a premium delivery service that includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal for an additional cost.

Returns and Exchanges
