Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing & Craftsmanship: At Nestwares, we prioritize quality over speed.

  • Small Accessories: Dispatched within 24–48 hours.
  • Furniture & Large Items: Orders are processed within 2 business days. Following processing, our specialist logistics partners will contact you to arrange a specific delivery window.

Delivery Estimates: Please note that high-end furniture requires specialist handling to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Specialist Furniture Delivery (The "Room of Choice" Rule): For large items (e.g., dining or console tables):

  • Pre-Delivery Contact: Our couriers will call or text to schedule a delivery date.
  • Access Audit: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item fits through doors, hallways, and stairwells.
  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery is scheduled and the customer is not home, or the item does not fit, a £50 re-delivery or a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Shipping Fees & Customs

  • UK Shipping: FREE.
  • International: For US and EU orders, calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. Nestwares is not responsible for local import duties or customs brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damage in Transit (Crucial): Upon delivery, you must inspect the external packaging. If visible damage is present, you must sign the delivery note as 'DAMAGED'. Any internal damage must be reported with photographic evidence to support@nestwares.com or by filling the Returns and Refunds Request Form within 24 hours.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier with photographic proof or a signature, Nestwares' liability ends. We recommend shipping to a secure location. UK and EU Consumer Law still applies.
