  • Premium Standard: This promise applies to individual items or orders with a total value of £450 or above.
  • Total Cost Comparison: We evaluate the competitor's overall price, which must include all delivery charges, taxes, and service fees.
  • Verified Integrity: The item must be identical in specification, from the same supplier, and currently in-stock for immediate purchase with a UK-based online retailer.
  • Sustainability Clause: If a competitor’s price is identified as a clerical error or is positioned at a loss-making level that compromises our ability to support our artisans, we reserve the right to decline the match.
  • Financial Flexibility: To account for the additional costs of bespoke service, we may reserve the right to withhold any or all finance options on items where the price has been significantly beaten.
  • Discretionary Value: The final adjustment is determined based on the specific item and the total order value, ensuring we provide the best possible outcome for your home.
