At Nestwares by Chakraborty, we pour our heart into every hand-carved groove and hand-applied finish. We understand that a piece of furniture is a "soulful anchor" for your home, and it needs to feel exactly right in your sanctuary.
If a piece doesn't perfectly align with your vision, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.
Before You Begin
Please keep in mind that because our collections are handcrafted from 100% sustainable solid mango wood, slight variations in grain pattern and tonal depth are the natural signatures of the "human touch." We believe these rhythms make your piece a one-of-a-kind original.
Our Standard Criteria:
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition and original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
- For damaged or defective items, please include clear photography of the issue so our master-grade quality team can review it immediately.
